These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for participating in Baku Flames, including ticket purchases, entry submissions, and event policies. By using our website or attending the Festival, you agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully.

2.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
2.2. All creative submissions must follow the Festival’s official entry rules and ethical guidelines.
2.3. Attendees must comply with local laws and event policies.
3.1. Festival passes and competition entries must be purchased through our official website or authorized partners.
3.2. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our policies.
3.3. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or duplication of tickets may result in cancellation without a refund.
3.4. Passes must be worn at all times during the Festival and are valid only for the registered delegate.
3.5. The Festival will not replace lost or stolen passes. Misuse of passes, including defacing or copying, will be treated as fraud.
3.6. Name changes will not be accepted after a pass has been collected.
4.1. Attendees are responsible for arranging and covering all travel expenses, including flights, accommodation, and transport to and from the Festival.
4.2. Attendees must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents for entry into Azerbaijan.
4.3. The Festival is not responsible for any costs related to travel disruptions, visa denials, or failure to meet entry requirements.
5.1. By submitting an entry, participants confirm they own the rights to the work or have the necessary permissions.
5.2. The Festival reserves the right to use submitted entries for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
5.3. Submissions containing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content will be disqualified.
5.4. The Festival is not responsible for any copyright disputes related to submitted work.
6. Event Code of Conduct
6.1. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff must behave professionally and respectfully.
6.2. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct in any form will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6.3. The Festival reserves the right to deny entry or participation to anyone violating event policies.
7.1. The Festival reserves the right to modify event dates, schedules, venues, or programming due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), refund policies will be communicated accordingly.
7.3. Any changes will be announced on our website and via email to registered attendees.
8.1. The Festival is not responsible for personal injury, lost belongings, or damages during the event.
8.2. While we strive for accurate and inspiring content, we are not responsible for any business or creative decisionsmade based on discussions at the Festival.
8.3. Participation in the Festival is at your own risk.
9.1. Personal data collected through ticket purchases, submissions, and registrations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. The Festival may capture and use photographs, videos, and other media from the event for promotional purposes.
