The Baku Flames International Festival of Creativity and Effectiveness will bring together industry pioneers, creative talents, and innovators on May 2-3, 2025. Whether you’re an experienced professional or a young talent, this festival is prepared to give everyone a chance to shine.

The official festival website (www.bakuflames.az) is now live, where visitors can explore event details, get to know the international lineup of speakers and jury members, and most importantly, secure their pass or submit their work. To be part of Baku Flames, attendees can choose from four pass options:

• Classic Pass: Full access to all talks, sessions, and parties throughout the festival.

• Student Pass: A budget-friendly option for students, offering the same access (limited to 100 passes).

• VIP Pass: Exclusive networking zones, priority seating, and premium experiences.

• Young Lions Pass: An opportunity for creatives under 30 to compete for a spot at the Young Lions Competition in Cannes.
  
  

Beyond the festival experience, Baku Flames is now accepting project entries from Azerbaijan and other countries. This is a unique opportunity for brands and agencies to showcase their best work, gain industry recognition, and compete for prestigious awards.

Submissions are divided into four main tracks, covering 14 categories and hundreds of subcategories, with all entries judged by a crew of top local and international industry leaders. The key submission deadlines are:

• Early Deadline: March 7, 2025

• Main Deadline: March 21, 2025

• Last Minute Deadline: April 4, 2025

• Judging Period: April 7-18, 2025

• Shortlist Announcement: April 29, 2025
