With over nine years of experience across tech, financial services, e-commerce, and agency environments, Rena brings a strong background in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and digital transformation. Prior to joining TikTok, she was Marketing Country Lead at Visa in Azerbaijan, where she led national marketing strategy and delivered large-scale, multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with banks, merchants, and global partners.
