Öner S. Biberkökü is a director, editor, and content creator with extensive experience in cinema, documentary, animation, and advertising. He won the Best Editing Award at the 19th International Altın Koza Film Festival and has contributed to various documentary and animation projects.
For years, he has brought Sunay Akın's stories to life through animation for Petrol Ofisi and has collaborated on numerous projects with Cem Yılmaz. He produced the making-of documentary for Arif V 216 and worked as a Second Unit Director for Karakomik Filmler and Erşan Kuneri on Netflix. Additionally, he was responsible for the final editing of Cem Yılmaz’s Netflix stand-up special.
Biberkökü also directed the animated sequences in the Disney+ original series Aktris and created Çizgi Roman Yolculuğu, a short documentary series exploring different narratives with illustrators. He continues to direct commercials, documentaries, and animations, with a recent focus on AI-powered visual production.
His AI-generated music video for Ezhel’s "Uchigatana" gained recognition in Forbes and was featured in the Cinematic AI selection.
