Yuliya Tushina is the CEO of Creative Business at DASM Group and one of the key figures shaping the creative industry in Central Asia.
For many years, Yuliya led GForce Grey, the most awarded creative agency in the region, building its reputation on strong ideas, cultural relevance, and consistently high craft. Under her leadership, GForce Grey became the first and only agency in Central Asia to win a complete set of the world’s most prestigious creative awards. Today, Yuliya operates at the group level, overseeing the entire creative business of DASM Group and ensuring creative excellence across agencies from strategy and idea development to execution and impact.
Her portfolio includes awards from the world’s leading international festivals, including Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, D&AD, The One Show, Clio Awards, London International Awards (LIA), New York Festivals, Gerety Awards, Epica Awards, Golden Drum, and MAD STARS, among others.
A defining milestone came at Cannes Lions 2024, when Yuliya and her team delivered Kazakhstan’s first-ever Gold Lion,marking a historic breakthrough for the country on the global creative stage. This success continued in 2025, with Silver and Bronze Lions, as well as multiple Shortlists. Yuliya is a regular juror at international creative festivals and an active advocate for creative leadership in the region.
