During her career, Karolina has helped grow brands such as Deutsche Telekom, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Commerzbank, HBO, and Vodafone. She played a key role in making Ogilvy, then VMLY&R, and later DDB the most creative agencies in Hungary.
Her work has been recognized with multiple Lions at Cannes, as well as awards from The One Show, London International Awards, Eurobest, Art Directors Club Global, New York Festivals, Epica, The Webbys, and three Grand Prix at Golden Drum.
Karolina has also served as a jury member for prestigious competitions, including Dubai Lynx, Clio, London International, and ADC Global. She holds the distinction of being only the second person ever to represent Hungary on a Cannes Lions awarding jury.
She won the bursary placement at the Berlin School’s Creative Leadership Programme, has been a speaker at international festivals, and is a graduate of Rare, Google’s Leadership Academy.
She believes there is nothing more powerful in the world than a story well told.
