We dramatize the familiar pain (forgotten ID, missing document, delayed milestone) — then introduce myGov as the simple, official solution that replaces folders with trust and continuity.
Impact
mygov quickly became a nationwide digital habit. 2,787,337 citizens started using the platform. 45+ government services became available in a single app. More than 1,000,000 people access government services through mygov every month, faster and without paper.
