Baku Flames International Festival of Creativity and Effectiveness continues to celebrate the people behind the strongest creative work of the year. For the first time, Baku Flames is introducing its People of the Year rankings, recognizing individuals whose credited works received the highest number of points at the 2026 Baku Flames Awards. This year, the announced ranking focuses on Creative Director of the Year, highlighting the creative leaders whose ideas, direction, and awarded projects stood out across the festival.

The rankings are based on the official results of the 2026 Baku Flames Awards. Points were allocated to shortlisted and awarded entries according to their award level. Each credited Creative Director received points for the entries where they were listed in an eligible creative role. The final score was calculated by adding points from awarded entries and remaining shortlisted entries.
Baku Flames reserves the right to review and verify credits, roles, and position fields through submitted entry information, LinkedIn profiles, official company sources, other festival databases, and other reputable references where needed.
