The Baku Flames 2026 International Festival of Creativity and Effectiveness, which created significant resonance in the region’s creative ecosystem last year, is returning. Bringing together all sectors of the creative industry advertising, design, marketing, and innovation. The festival will take place on May 15–16. Starting from January 12, early bird tickets for festival attendance and early entry for award submissions have been officially opened.

This year, Baku Flames 2026 introduces a new update for local participants. Every work submitted by local agencies, brands, and freelancers will compete in both local and international competition categories. By applying once and making a single payment, participants will have the opportunity to present their work to both local and global juries, gaining double recognition and award opportunities.

Four different ticket types are offered for those wishing to attend the festival:

  • Classic: Access to all events, presentations, and parties throughout the festival
  • Student: An affordable option with the same benefits for students
  • VIP: Access to specially designated areas during presentations and other events, along with exclusive networking opportunities
  • Young Lions: An opportunity for creative professionals under the age of 30 to compete in Cannes (for participants from Azerbaijan only)

Baku Flames has quickly established itself as one of the most prestigious creative platforms in the region. The 2025 results clearly demonstrate the festival’s scale: last year, the event brought together 1,260 creative industry professionals, with 343 submissions recorded across all competition categories. The festival’s international prestige was further reinforced by 39 speakers from 9 countries and a professional jury of 40 members representing 18 countries.

Key dates for Flames award entries:

  • Early Deadline: February 20, 2026
  • Official Deadline: March 27, 2026
  • Late Deadline: April 10, 2026
  • Announcement of Awards: May 15–16, 2026

The main theme of the festival, “Human After All,” emphasizes that in an era of rapid technological advancement, creativity remains rooted in the human factor, emotions, and sincerity.
