Sintija is a Creative Director at McCann Riga, the Best Baltic Agency of 2025. With a BA in Film Theory and an MA in Cinematography, she’s always been drawn to the power of visual storytelling. Over the years, her work has been recognized with more than 30 awards, both locally and internationally. Having been on six jury duties in 2025, she considers herself an experienced opinion dealer and looks very much forward to judging the work at Baku Flames 2026.
