Renata Muratova is a female creative from Kazakhstan.

She began her career in 2010 as a copywriting intern and, over the years, grew into one of the most recognized creatives in the region. She has worked with major global brands as well as leading local brands in Kazakhstan.

Her strongest passion lies in projects focused on women’s rights and gender equality. She is fueled by socially driven ideas with impact far beyond traditional advertising.

In 2024, she made history by winning Kazakhstan’s first-ever Cannes Lions Gold, along with a Spikes Asia Grand Prix and D&AD awards, for The National Sport of Kazakhstan, a project addressing domestic violence.

Her portfolio includes over 100 awards from regional and international festivals, including Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, The One Show, D&AD, Mad Stars, New York Festivals, Clio Awards, Golden Drum, Epica and others.

In 2025, Renata was selected for See It Be It and was named among the Top 8 women shaping marketing in Kazakhstan by Forbes Women Kazakhstan.
