Julia Kushnir leads the Business Development department at TikTok for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, working with brands, agencies, and partners in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and across the region. Under her leadership, the team develops strategic digital marketing solutions, helping brands achieve sustainable business results through TikTok's advertising tools.

Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University and a dual Master’s degree in Management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University.

She is an active advocate for women in tech, chairs the regional Women at TikTok committee, and collaborates with the Women in Tech Kazakhstan community as a mentor and speaker. Outside of work, Julia is passionate about sports and content creation — she completed the Oceanman open water swim and runs a TikTok account focused on career development and personal growth.
