Pemra is proud to be born in Turkey’s one of a kind city, Eskişehir and is currently living and working in Istanbul. She graduated in Graphic Design and began her career in advertising more than 28 years ago. Throughout her career, she has worked at some of Turkey’s leading agencies, including Y&R/Reklamevi, Alametifarika and TBWA/Istanbul.

She was twice named “Young Designer of the Year” by the prestigious Eczacıbaşı Foundation. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Pemra founded her own design agency, Daniska. While running her studio, she joined RABARBA ’’an all-screens advertising agency’’ as Creative Partner and Executive.

Most recently, she was selected for Advertising Age’s Women to Watch list, recognized as one of the country’s leading female creative leaders. She has served as a jury member at Cannes Lions (2016) and Golden Drum (2022), and was a board member of the Turkish Association of Advertising Agencies between 2016 and 2018.

Pemra’s work spans brand naming, brand strategy, visual identity design, packaging, publishing, digital platforms, advertising campaigns and film production. Creating brands across every screen and touchpoint.

Above all, she is very happy to be the mother of Arif Roman and Ara Milas, and the wife of film director Ozan.
