Aldis Ozoliņš is a creative leader from Latvia with extensive experience across brand strategy, design, and integrated communication. He currently serves as Head of Creative at Guilty Ogilvy, where he works with local and international brands to build clear, culturally relevant ideas that balance strategic thinking with strong craft.
Over the years, Aldis has led award-winning campaigns across the Baltics, contributing to projects recognized at regional and international creative festivals. His work spans advertising, digital, social, film, and brand platforms, with a particular interest in storytelling, design systems, and meaningful brand expression.
Alongside his agency work, Aldis is academically engaged in multimedia communication and regularly participates in industry juries, lectures, and creative discussions. He believes creativity works best when it is simple, human, and grounded in real insight — not noise.
