Orkhan Yusifov began his career in advertising as a copywriter in 2006. Over the years he has worked with both local and global brands at leading agencies — including Maxmedia, AA&M, Shift International and Artgrup — contributing to campaigns for Microsoft, HP, Azercell, Bakcell, Beeline, KCELL, Baltika, P&G, Henkel, Pepsi, Jeep, Danone, Hyundai, and many others. In 2009 he founded SHAMANS, now one of the country’s most recognized agencies, where he crafts bold, idea-driven concepts for branding, naming, image and sales campaigns, and writes cinematic scripts for video productions.
Since 2017 he has also led SHAMANS Production, shaping the company’s creative direction and bringing ambitious audiovisual projects to life. A trusted voice in the local creative community, Orxan has served on juries for multiple national advertising and design competitions, helping spotlight emerging talent and set higher creative standards. He takes pride in playing an active role in the growth of the creative industry — mentoring young creatives, championing original thinking, and pushing local work onto regional and global stages.
