Neringa Čeponė is a marketing strategist, founder of MarketinGame - marketing strategy system, and a board member of the Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA).

In 2019, she won the PR Impact Award for employer branding communication with a logistics company. She is also a PR Impact Awards jury member in 2024 and 2025, responsible for selecting the Communicator of the Year.
