Ahmet Terzioğlu began his advertising career as a copywriter at 4129Grey, where he spent over four years shaping campaigns that helped put the agency firmly on WPP’s radar.
In 2015, he joined Tribal Worldwide Istanbul as Creative Group Head, building his team from the ground up and leading campaigns for brands such as Findeks, Onur Air, Ülker Hanımeller, IKEA, Dove, Yumoş, Omo, and Pepsi. A year later, he returned to 4129Grey, quickly rising to the role of Creative Director. During this period, he played a key role in positioning the agency among the top five in prestigious rankings including Cat Report, D&AD Annual, New York Festivals, Mad Stars, and the Lürzer’s Archive Rankings.
Beyond award-winning work, Terzioğlu also spearheaded the launch of 4129Grey Academy, the agency’s internal training platform, contributing significantly to the development of young creative talent.
In 2023, he joined Medina Turgul DDB as Executive Creative Director, leading work for major brands such as Elidor, Efes Pilsen, Algida, and Ülker. And made DDB Group creative agency of the year at Smarties & Felis awards in 2025.
Over the course of his career, Terzioğlu has won numerous awards from Andy's, Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, Golden Drum, Eurobest, Lürzer’s Archive, Caples, Ad Stars, Felis, and Kristal Elma. He also served as a jury member at Cannes Future Lions in 2022 and was appointed President of the Young Lions Turkey – Digital category and Data Jury president at Felis Awards in 2025.
